When in the Notion Kit, click on Duplicate
found top right of your window.
All templates are easy to edit. Look out for marked/highlighted areas to change. Please read your paperwork and be sure everything is in place before sending to clients.
Click on the Client Dashboard section, and use the preset + Create New Dashboard
button to auto-generate a new dashboard.
Remember to move your new Dashboard to a suitable area outside of the Kit.
After moving your Dashboard to a suitable area, and only once Documents, Files and any necessary edits have been made, invite your client by clicking Share
and adding their email address.
Be sure to only give clients the ability to Comment Only

Create new documents within the Document Generator Section. Simply click on the preset + New Document
button provided for each template. Remember to edit and move your documents to the 01. Documents
section in the Client Dashboard

In your document, click on the menu icon (•••) and click on Export. You'll then have the option for page format (e.g. PDF), document size (e.g. A4) and scale (e.g. 100%). It's good practice to back these files up. Use a cloud hosting provider like Google Drive or Dropbox as an archive.
Moving documents and pages within Notion is as easy as dragging the item elsewhere, or using the Move to
option within the page menu (•••) – when clicking Move to
, start typing your page or client name and the Dashboard should appear.
