Art Not Evidence is a not-for-profit organisation and campaign working to stop the misuse of rap music as evidence in UK criminal trials.
Our mission is to reform the law by introducing safeguards and raising the threshold for how creative and artistic expression can be used in court.
We want to prevent miscarriages of justice and protect the future of artistic freedom.
